退火处理对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)介电性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)在高于和低于其玻璃化温度(Tg)进行退火处理,分别研究了其介电常数的频谱、温谱和表面直流闪烙电压的变化,考察了其玻璃化转变和偏光显微结构。结果表明,其介电常数和表面直流闪烙电压提高。这些性能的改善源自于退火处理后(尤其在Tg附近处理),在PMMA内部形成了立构复合物。 Effects of annealing temperature on the glass transition intensity and structure of atactic poly (methyl methacrylate) were studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry and polarizing microscope. The dielectric properties of annealed PMMA were measured, and the dependence relationship of between the structure and properties on annealing may be explained by the formation of local ordered structure, i.e. stereocomplex, during the annealing process between isotacitic and syndiotactic segments of the same or different chains of atactic poly(methyl methacrylate).
