CAE Technology Application on the Analysis of Intension about One Manipulator

某转运装置的机械手是该装备的核心部件,它的强度直接决定整套设备使用效率和寿命,并且是安全性保障的重要一环。传统的分析方法不能准确地给出其强度分析结果。本文通过CAE技术手段的应用,给出了一种有效的分析方法,可以准确地分析其强度。同时,本文为这样一类典型问题的分析提供了一种很好的解题思路,就是充分地利用CAE软件工具为工程技术设计服务,具有一定的借鉴价值。

The manipulator is one of nucleus component of one conveyance.The intension of the manipulator determines used efficiency and life of this conveyance,and is one of the important ensure about securities.The conventional way of analysis can't get the result of intension of the manipulator.This article introduces a method of how to find veracious end of the intension through application of CAE technology.It also gives a road to get result of same problem at the same time.It is useful that software of CAE is used for design of engineering.
