摘要
利用传感技术、无线数据传输和网络技术等,搭建了基于无线传感器网络的施工设备监测系统,通过对无线传感网络的传输标准、发送模块和网络接口的设计与实施,实现了对机群中各分散单机的远程监测与故障诊断,以实时评估当前机群总体运行情况及各单机的运行状况的目的。该技术的运用开辟了网络技术与状态监测、故障诊断综合应用的新领域。
The feature of dicentralization and movable of consturciton machinery makes it very difficult to realize real-time condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.Sensors,wireless communication and network technology are used to accomplish the status monitoring and fault diagnosis of separated equipment in the machinery fleet,online evaluateing the status of the whole fleet and the detail of each equipment.A new area for comprehensive application of network and condition monitoring,fault diagnosis of construction machinery is developed.
