摘要
IT治理是以企业战略为导向,以IT业务过程和IT服务的改进为手段,合理利用IT资源,规避IT风险的动态改进过程。本文从战略管理的角度分析企业信息化建设,认为IT实施与战略目标的背离是其失败的主要原因,并以COB IT模型为例论述了IT治理的流程。
IT governance is an improving course which takes enterprise's strategy as the direction.It is regarded as the method with the improvement of IT business course and IT service,rational utilization IT resources and evadeing IT risk.This paper analyses Enterprise Information construction by the view of strategic management,proposes that IT practice deviates from strategic objective is the main reason that it fails,and has taken COBIT model as an example to describe the procedure of IT governance.
