对“数字城市”GIS进行了总体规划设计,主要针对地理空间数据框架、空间数据交换网络体系、应用服务系统、技术支撑体系、保障体系这五个部分来进行研究。“数字城市”的建设应以GIS的建设为核心。“数字城市”GIS的建设有利于促进城市信息化建设和经济发展,使城市更具有竞争力。
This article carries on the overall programming design for the GIS in 'digital city',focuses on the five parts : Geography space data frame,Spatial data exchange network system,Application service system, Technology support system,Safeguard system.The construction of 'digital city' should be started with the construction of GIS.The construction of 'digital city' is in favor of promoting the city 's information construction and economy development.It also enables city to have more competitive ability.
