摘要
本试验研究了不同生长素种类与浓度及处理方法对红叶石楠扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明:对木质化程度较大的上段插穗(留1片叶),以NAA 1 000 mg/L液浸泡插穗基部5 s较好;对半木质化的中段插穗(留2片叶)和较幼嫩的下段插穗(留3片叶),以NAA 100 mg/L液浸泡插穗基部2 h的处理效果最佳,能较好地促进插穗生根,萌芽情况良好。
The study linked with the effects of the different kinds of somatotropin, concentration of somatotropin and disposed methods in euttage on multiplication of Photinia fraseri. The results showed that for annule lignified cutting shoots (one leaf) , the optimal method was to dip it's base in NAA 1 000 mg/L solution 5 seconds, and for semi-lignified cutting shoots (two leaves) or young cutting shoot( three leaves), it was to dip it's base in NAA 100 mg/L solution 2 hours. They could commendably contribute cutting shoots to root and less inhibit germination of cutting shoot.
