基于小波的雷达对数视频压缩方法研究

摘要 随着雷达组网的实施,中心站指挥人员迫切希望能实时监控到各个雷达站的光栅显示画面。视频数据的压缩传输是雷达光栅显示远程监控系统的关键技术。文中针对真实雷达对数视频数据,提出使用提升方式实现双正交小波变换,并采用SPIHT编码方式对小波变换后的数据进行压缩编码。实验结果显示,经还原后的视频图像保真度高,实时性强,其数据速率完全符合工程需要。 With the construction of radar network, the commander of the radar control center want greatly to watch every radar ppi display of the battlefield. Compression and transmission of the video data are the key technology of the long-distance watching system of radar ppi display. According to the real radar data, biothogonal lifting wavelet transformed is carried in the article, and then coded with SPIHT algorithm. Experiment result shows that the fidelity of the rebuilding video data is very high, the performance of real time is good, and the rate of the data suffice the need of project.
