水蜡树鲜花芳香油化学成分研究

Study on Ingredients of Flower of Essential Oil of Ligustrum obtusiifolium Sieb.et Zucc.

选用苯、石油醚、环己烷3种溶剂对水蜡树不同发育阶段的花(即幼蕾,待开的花蕾,盛开的花)中芳香油进行提取,根据芳香油得率进行花采收期和提取溶剂筛选。同时采用气-质联用仪对其主要芳香油成分进行了分离鉴定。结果表明石油醚提取和开花期得油率最高。分离鉴定出20种化学成分,其中二十烷含量最高。

This experiment was done to compare the amount percentages of essential oil of flower of Ligustrum obtusiifolium Sieb. et Zucc. at different developmental stages （ namely early - bud stage bud stage and blossoming stage）by use of the three chemical solvents benzene, petroleum ether, cyclohexane, according to the amount percentages of essential oil , the flower period and treatment of Solvent were selected. Meanwhile,The essential oil from flower of Ligustrum obtusiifolium Sieb. et Zucc. was analyzed and identified by GC/MS. The findings indicated, with the treatment of Solvent petroleum ether, the amount percentage of essential oil at the blossoming stage up to the highest. Twenty ingredients in the essential oil have been identified. The contents of Eicosane is of the highest of all of them.
