摘要 基于溶胀型骨架的相转变过程、凝胶层特性及其骨架结构特征和前沿移动行为,综述近年来溶胀型骨架片的释药机制及其模型的研究进展。 Based on the phase transition of swellable matrix and the characteristics, special matrix structure and front movement of the gel layer, the researches on release mechanisms and modelings of swellable matrix tablets in recent years were reviewed.
