鸡腿菇菌丝生长条件研究

Study of the growing condition of the mycelium of Coprinus comatus

研究了影响鸡腿菇菌丝生长的主要因素,比较了不同碳源、不同氮源,不同温度和不同pH的等条件下菌丝生长的情况。结果表明:鸡腿菇菌丝生长最适碳源是淀粉和乳糖;最适氮源是蛋白胨和牛肉膏;最适温度是27℃;最适pH值是6.0。

Major factor effecting of Coprinus comatus＇ mycelial growth different were studied. The comparison studies on its mycelial growth under different carbon source, nutrition source, temperature, pH. The result showed that starch and lactos are the most appropriate ingredients for Coprinus comatus of carbon source;while beef extract and dextrose are the most appropriate ingredients for Coprinus comatus of nutrition source;The most appropriate temperature is 27 ℃ and The most appropriate pH is 6.0.
