摘要
目的为制定中国女性幼儿红细胞计数正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集了中国71个单位用显微镜计数法测定的13 114例女性幼儿红细胞计数正常参考值,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究其与八个地理因素的关系。结果发现女性幼儿红细胞计数正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系(F=64.29,P=0.000)。用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程:Y=7.10-0.074 5X4-0.028 6X5-0.014 4X6+0.000 479X7-0.085 3X8±0.28。结论如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程计算这个地区的女性幼儿红细胞计数正常参考值。依据女性幼儿红细胞计数正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系,把中国分为八个区。
Objective This paper aims at supplying a scientific basis for unifying the normal reference value standard of red blood cell count of Chinese young girls. Methods A research was made about relationship between the normal reference value of 13 114 examples of Chinese healthy young girls' red blood cell count and eight geographical factors in 71 areas in China; the normal reference value was determined by the microscopical counting method. Results It was found that the correlation of geographical factors and the normal reference value of Chinese young girls' red blood cell count were quite significant (F= 64. 29,P= 0. 000). Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis, one regression equation was inferred :Y= 7. 10-0. 074 5X4-0. 028 6X5-0. 014 4X6+0. 000 479X7-0. 085 3X8±0. 28. Conclusion If geographical values could be obtained in some areas, the normal reference value of Chinese young girls' red blood cell count of this area can be reckoned using the regression equations. Furthermore,according to the similarity of the normal reference value of Chinese young girls' red blood cell count ,China can be divided into eight regions.
