血清MG7-Ag对胃癌诊断的应用价值

The Applied Value of Serum MG7-Ag in Diagnosis of Gastric Carcinoma

目的测定血清MG7-Ag以探讨其对胃癌诊断的临床价值。方法采用ELISA法定量检测54例胃癌患者,51例胃癌前病变患者,94例胃炎患者及46例胃癌术病人的血清MG7-Ag,并对其结果进行比较。结果胃癌患者血清中MG7-Ag的阳性表达率为83.33%,胃癌前病变组阳性表达率为47.05%,胃炎病变组为4.25%。经统计学处理,胃癌组与其它组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。46例胃癌患者术后血清MG7-Ag阳性率比术前明显下降。胃癌患者血清MG7-Ag的敏感性比CEA,CA19-9高,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清MG7-Ag对胃癌诊断有特异性,可作为胃癌早期诊断的有效指标,也可作为监测病情、判断疗效之用。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum MGT-Ag in diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods Serum levels of MGT-Ag were quantitative detected by ELISA in 54 cases of gastric cancer, 51 cases of precancerous lesion,94 cases of gastritis and 46 cases of post-operation gastric cancer. Results The positive rates were 83.33% in gastric cancer, 47.05% in precancerous lesion and 4.25% in gastritis respectively. There was a significant difference between the group of gastric cancer and other groups. Positive rate of MG7-Ag in the group of gastric cancer preoperation was significant lower than that of post-operation. The serum of MGT-Ag was significant sensitiver than the serum of CEA and CA19-9 in gastric cancer. Conclusion Serum MG7-Ag is a specific and useful marker for early diagnose,inspecting state and commenting therapeutic effect in gastric cancer.
