摘要
针对汽车行业供应链中广大零部件配套企业现有配送管理模式中存在的响应速度慢、成本高、对信息缺乏实时跟踪、配送管理为被动反应式管理等问题,结合基于Internet的集成技术和无线技术,构建了一种汽车零部件配套企业网络化配送管理系统,建立了配送系统的体系结构和运行流程,并对系统实现的配送单生成算法、系统集成技术及移动通信接口技术等部分关键技术进行了研究。最后,通过实例验证了该系统的可行性和实用性。
Aiming at the problems including slow response, high cost, lacking of real-time supervision to the information and passive management distribution faced by the automobile part manufacturers during the distribution management in the automobile industrial supply chain, combing the integrated technology based on the internet and wireless integrated technology, a kind of Networked Distribution Management System for Automobile Part Manufacturers was presented. The architecture and the business flow of the system were analyzed. And some critical techniques, such as distribution bill generating algorithm, system integration and mobile communication interface, were also researched. At last, the validity of this system is proved by an implementation case.
