直母线锥盘金属带式无级变速器带的轴向偏移分析 被引量:3

摘要 分析了直母线锥盘金属带式无级变速器带的轴向偏移。阐述了传统控制方法的弊端:传统曲母线锥盘与金属片产生角点接触,在传动比i=1附近传动比变化不连续;在传动比i=1时,预置带的轴向偏移量只能使带的最大偏移量减小到未调整时的50%~60%。提出复合母线锥盘,锥盘母线与金属片侧边共轭,既完全消除了金属带的轴向偏移,又与直母线锥盘具有相同的接触强度,提高了无级变速器的传动能力,扩大了无级变速器的应用范围。 It was investigated that cone discs with straight generatrix in a metal V-belt continuously variable transmission (MBCVT) resulted in axial deviation of the belt. The axial deviation of the belt limited variable speed range Rb and load-bearing capacity. The traditional methods to control belt deviation had drawbacks:point-contact would appear between the traditional curve generatrix cone and the straight side metal blocks; the deviation can only be reduced 50%-60% by adjusting fixed position of the cone on which the deviation is zero. On the basis of conjugate principle, cone's combinative generatrix conjugating with the side of metal blocks was put out. That is,the side of the metal block is a combinative profile of curve and straight line; the cone generatrix is straight line where cone radius R〈R0 (R0 is cone working radius when i= 1);the cone generatrix is curve conjugating with the curve side of metal blocks where cone radius R〉R0. The cones with combinative generatrix eliminate the axial deviation of the belt,and have the same contact strength with straight generatrix cones, can enlarge the aooliedarea of metal V-belt CVT .
