摘要
[目的]探讨肝宁方对肝硬化大鼠氧化损伤的保护作用。[方法]采用复合因素法制作肝硬化动物模型,60只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、肝宁方治疗组,每组20只。检测治疗前后大鼠总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px),肝功能,肝组织病理观察。[结果]治疗组与模型组相比,MDA、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)显著降低(P<0.01或<0.05);GSH、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、清蛋白(Alb)显著升高(P<0.01或<0.05);肝组织结构有所改善。[结论]肝宁方可以减轻肝硬化大鼠氧化损伤的程度,增强机体抗氧化损伤能力。
[Objective]To investigate the protective effect of Ganning Fang on oxidative injury in cirrhosis rats. [Methods] The liver fibrosis model was induced by compound factors. Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and Ganning Fang treatment group(each group, n= 20). Each group were measurd T-AOC, MDA, SOD, CAT, GSH, GSH-Px, liver function and pathology. [Results] compared with model group, the liver MDA and ALT in Ganning Fang group obviously decreased(P〈0.01 or 〈0. 05), GSH、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、ALB were obviously increased(P〈0. 01 or 〈0. 05), hepatic pathological changes were improved. [Conclusion] Ganning Fang can inhibit oxidative injury in the liver of cirrhosis rats.
