B超监测供体羊超数排卵的效果 被引量:1

摘要 用AMI-900型兽用B超,对经过超排处理的供体羊进行实时监测,主要包括卵巢的发育,卵泡或黄体的数量、大小等,并据此判断超排效果、估测排卵数和胚胎回收数。结果表明,卵巢上卵泡发育的最佳监测时间为超排处理后的第3-4天,黄体发育监测可在手术冲胚前2-3 d进行。13例供体羊的B超监测卵泡数与回收胚胎数基本相符(142/133),说明根据监测卵泡数而预测回收胚胎数是可行的。 In order to estimate the effect of superovulation and the number of the collected embryo before operation, dynamic monitoring by AMI-900 ultrascanner was utilized in donors which were treated with FSH for superovulation. The development of ovary, the quantity and shape of follicles or corpus luteums were observed. The results showed that the ovarian follicle could be scanned at 3-4 d after superovulation treatment and the corpus luteums could be scanned at 2-3 d before operation. The ratio of the number of ovarian follicle and collected embryo was 142 : 133 and 13 ewes have been used.
