摘要
报告中西医结合治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜．治疗组４０例，治愈率９７．５％，总有效率１００％，西药对照组２０例，治愈率７０％，总有效率９５％。两组比较差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），半年至１０年随访，治疗组无复发病例，而对照组复发率２０％．
cases of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were treated with combination of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine.The results show: Its cure rate is 97.5 %,and effective rate is 100%; In the control group,its cure rate is 70%,and effec98.tive rate is 95%. There is significant difference between them (P<0.001).Additionally,after 0. 5- 10 years'follow-up visit,there is no reoccurence in the treating group, but in the control group, the recurrence rate is 20%
