分析了国有企业人才流失的原因及对企业造成的影响,提出了以人为本的理念,挽留人才的相应对策和培养人才的措施。
The reason of talented person loss the of state-owned enterprise and the influence are analyzed.The concept of people-oriented,the relevant countermeasures on persuading the talented person to stay and measurements on the talented person fostering are put forth.
