摘要
研究了采用电化学方法抛光粉末冶金异形模具的工艺参数、电解液的组成和配比。用轴承钢(GCr15)做的模具,抛光后可使其粗糙度Ra值从2.4~1.6降到0.8~0.4,其尺寸精度可控制在0.015毫米以内。还介绍了用该方法抛光粉末冶金齿轮模具的实例,抛光后达到了8级精度齿轮的技术要求。因此,采用电化学方法抛光粉末冶金模具,特别是异形模具,是一种高效、低成本、易保证质量的有效方法。
The technological parameters and the composition and proportion of electrolyte for polishing irregular shape dies by electrochemical method have been studied. The coarseness of die made of bearing steel, can be reduced from Ra 2.4~1.6 to Ra 0.8~0.4, by polishing. The size tolerance of above die can be controlled within 0.015mm. Practical examples for polishing P/M gear dies which meet the technical demand of 8 grade precision have been given. Therefore, the electrochemical method used to polish P/M dies, especially irregular shape dies is an effective process with high efficiency, low cost and guaranteed quality.
