摘要
深圳市建筑设计研究总院始建于1982年3月，为深圳市直属的大型国家综合甲级设计院。本部设在深圳，下设第一、第二、第三设计院，建筑科学研究院，建筑新技术推广中心，总源物业管理有限公司，城市环境设计研究所，众望建设监理公司，精鼎建筑工程咨询有限公司及直属设计部所，驻外机构有重庆分院、武汉分院、北京分院。主要从事各类民用及工业建筑设计、装饰工程设计、市政公用设计、园林工程设计、城市规划编制、施工图设计文件审查、建筑科学技术研究、建筑新材料新技术推广和应用，以及建设工程监理、造价咨询等业务。
AS a large national comprehensive design institute of grade A under direct leadership of Shenzhen Municipal Government, Shenzhen General Institute of Architectural Design and Research （SADI） was founded in March, 1982. With headquarters based in Shenzhen, SADI is composed of the First Design Institute, the Second Design Institute, the Third Design Institute, Institute of Building Research, Architectural Promotion Center of New Technology, Zongyuan Estate management Co., Ltd, City Environmental Design Research Institute, Zhongwang Construction Supervision Company, Jingding Architectural Engineering Consultation Co., Ltd and the design section. SADI has also established three sub-institutes distributed in Chongqing, Wuhan and Beijing, respectively.
