基于ASP的中小模具企业制造资源共享平台研究

Research on Manufacturing Resource Sharing Platform for the Small and Middle Die Enterprises Based on ASP Mode

针对目前中小模具企业高档设备不足以及已有设备不能充分发挥利用率的问题,提出了一种基于ASP模式的设备资源网络化共享平台。基于此模式,设计了相应的ASP平台功能框架,该平台包括信息服务、资源共享服务、模具专业人才培训服务和模具检测、调试服务;提出了实现该平台的关键技术,包括系统开发环境、应用软件集成、协同技术及网络安全管理。

A kind of sharing platform for equipment resources based on ASP mode was put forward to resolve the problems about the shortage of high quality equipments and the lower utilization rate of these equipments. And then, a functional scheme of the relevant ASP platform was designed, which included the information service, resources sharing service and die talents training service as well as dies detection and debugging. At last, the key technologies, the environment for system developing and the integration of applications, cooperating technologies as well as the management for the net security, for realizing the above sharing function were discussed.
