摘要 目的探讨雾化吸入配合使用G5振动排痰机对COPD患者排痰效果的影响。方法将36例随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组18例,接受雾化吸入配合G5振动排痰机辅助排痰法;对照组18例,单纯使用G5振动排痰机辅助排痰法。对两组1周内日排痰量及1周后不吸氧情况下的SPO2以及FEV1%预计值进行比较。结果实验组早期排痰量较对照组明显增加(P<0.05),晚期排痰量较对照组明显减少(P<0.05);在不吸氧情况下SPO2较对照组显著提高(P<0.01),FEV1%预计值较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入配合G5振动排痰机辅助排痰法优于单纯使用G5振动排痰机辅助排痰法。 Objective To determine the effectiveness of chest physiotherapy with type G5 sputum elimination machine combined with atomized inhalation compared to using type G5 sputum elimination machine alone to improve sputum clearance in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) sufferers. Methods 36 patients with COPD were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 18 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group accepted atomized inhalation before chest physiotherapy with type G5 sputum elimination machine. While patients in the control group used type G5 sputum elimination machine alone. One week later, the daily sputum volume within the first week, the oxygen saturation (SPO2) without oxygen inhalation and the % of predicted value of forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1%) were compared. Result The early daily sputum volume increased obviously (P〈0.05), the later daily sputum volume decreased notably (P〈0.05), the SPO2 without oxygen inhalation and the FEV1% increased significantly (P〈0.01,P〈0.05) in the experimental group compared with the control group. Conclusion The effect of chest physiotherapy with type G5 sputum elimination machine combined with atomized inhalation to improve sputum clearance in patients with COPD is superior to using type G5 sputum elimination machine along.
