稻米中9种有机磷杀虫剂多残留测定方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了稻谷及糙米中9种有机磷杀虫剂残留量的快速测定方法。以乙腈提取样品中的农药,浓缩并用丙酮定容,GC-FPD检测结果表明,该方法分离度好,灵敏度满足检测要求,方法的最小检出浓度为0.012-0.023ug/mL,当添加浓度为0.1-1mg/kg范围时,稻谷中的添加回收率为71.9%-109.9%,相对标准偏差为3.68%-13.73%;糙米中的添加回收率为74.5%-105.2%,相对标准偏差为2.49%-14.53%。该方法简便快速,灵敏准确,符合农药残留检测的技术要求。 A method of nine organophosphorus pesticides in rice were described. The residues of pesticides were extracted from samples with acetonitrile, concentrated and fixed with acetone and detected by gas capillary chromatography with FPD detector. Results showed that the nine organophosphorus were separated entirely. The minimum detection limits ranged were 0.012 -0.023ug/mL. When fortified level ranged from 0. 1 - lmg/kg, the recoveries were found 71.9 - 109.9%, with RSD ranged from 3.68% to13.73% in rice; he 74.5 - 105.2% , with RSD from 2.49% to14.53% in unpolished rice. The method was rapid, practical and up to the request of multi - residues determination.
