The relation in editing process was a major object of editing and publishing research. By analyzing editors＇ action in editing relation, it was clear that editors have dual character and particular ＂filtering＂ function. Then this paper discusses that how editors can judge article rightly with reader＇s authorization, with author＇s entrusting. Editors should avoid exceed their authority in the process.
