退行性心脏瓣膜病的超声心动图研究和临床分析

An Echocardiographic and Clinical Study of Degenerative Valvular Heart Disease

本文回顾性总结我院3318例40岁以上患者的超声心动图资料结果表明:退行性心脏瓣膜病在国人中总患病率7.92%,60岁以后总患病率14.7%,且随年龄增长而增加,患病率较国外报导低,以主动脉办受累最多,本病常合并冠心病、高血压,与老年人心衰和心律失常发生有一定关系。

Retrospective study of 3318 consecutive patients over 40 years old, degenerative valvular heart disease was diagnosed by echocardiography. The result showed that the prevalence degenerative valvular heart disease is 7. 92% and increases with age. Compared with other countries the prevalence in china is lower. The aortic valve is the most caloitis one. Concomitants of degenerative valular heart disease are cornary heart disease and essential to hypertension Degenerative valvular heart disease is related to heart failure and arrhythmia in the eldely.
