摘要
本文采用改良CTAB法提取花生的DNA,在药品浓度和时间掌握上有所不同,却得到意想不到的结果,提取出的DNA样品产率在57.07-87.27ng/m l.(稀释10倍),DNA质量和纯度较高,260nm/280nm光密度比值在1.8-2.0之间。所提取的DNA可直接用于限制性内切酶酶切、连接,也可用于随机引物PCR扩增。
We extracted DNA of peanut by improved CTAB way . Based on the different medical density and time control, we receive perfect result. The DNA productivity is between 57.07ng/mL and 87.27ng/mL. The quality and purity of DNA are high. Photic density of 260ng/280ng is between 1.8 and 2.0. The extracted DNA can be directly used for the sever of restriction enzyme and its ligation or the PCR amplification by random primer.
