自制装置普通探头引导经皮肝穿刺胆管造影的临床应用

Clinical Application of Ultrasound-guided Percutaneous Transhepatic Cholangigraphy with Self-made Equipment of Common Probe

本文采用自制普通探头引导穿刺辅助装置的方法,对35例胆道梗阻而病因不明的患者施行了超声引导下经皮经肝穿刺胆管造影(UG—PTC)。穿刺成功率100%,平均1.4次穿刺成功;胆道造影诊断率91.4%;穿刺术后均无并发症。结果表明采用此方法作UG—PTC准确、安全、简便,有较大临床价值。文中着重讨论了提高穿刺准确性和成功率的方法。

In this paper, A new approach of biliary obstruction percutaneous transhepatic cholangigraphy under guidance of ultrasound (UG-PTC) used by self-made equipment of common probe. The success ratio of puncture was 100%, the mean is 1. 4 times, the diagnosis ratio of cholangigraphy was 91. 4% , It has no complication after operation. The results show that UG-PTC was an accurate, safe, simple ultrasound technique with important clinical value. In this paper, a new approach is mainly disscussed to improve the success ratio and accuracy of guided puncture.
