摘要
加速度开关又称G开关,是感受加速度并完成致动的一类惯性器件。文中回顾了Rolamite机构的发明过程以及Rolamite机构的用途;介绍了Rolamite开关的工作原理;分析了Rolamite开关的力学特性;详细论述了Rolamite开关的结构设计以及装配工艺;对Rolamite开关原理样机进行了振动、冲击、离心试验;试验表明Rolamite开关具备较高的精度(5 g±0.5 g)和接触可靠性,能够负载较强电流(>0.5 A),接触电阻小于1Ω,具备一定的抗冲击(20 g/8 ms不闭合)能力。
Aceeleration switch is a type of inertia instrument which senses aceleration and performs actuation and is also called G-switch. In this paper, the development course and application of Rolamite machine is reviewed, its principle is introduced, its mechanical characteristics are analyzed, and the structure design and assembly techniques are discussed in detail. Principle prototype switch carried out vibration, shock and centrifugal experiment. The experiment result shows this kind of switch has high precision (5 g ± 0.5 g) and contact reliability, and can be loaded with strong current ( 〉 0.5 A), has less than 1 Ω contact resistance and can endure strong shock ( not closed on 20g/8 ms).
