摘要
经验纳入成人学习,有其哲学、心理学和成人教育学的基础。基于经验学习,人们创造出了成人问题的学习模式、参与学习模式、情境化学习模式、合作学习模式等,但是在经验的性质、适用范围上还存在争议。
Experience has been paid much attention and admired in adult learning and it has the educational philosophy, psychology and andragogy theoretical support. Based on experience in practice people created the adult learning problem-based learning model, participation-in- learning model, context-based learning model and cooperative learning model. But there is still a lot of controversy about the nature, scope and the state of the experience.
