摘要
在目前普遍采用的分户计量供热方式下,热源厂自动控制系统需要满足用户需求,随时改变供热量,通过循环泵恒压变量运行实现按需供热。结合本地区历年冬季室外环境数据和经验,制定出锅炉出口水温随室外温度变化的曲线,使DCS(分布控制系统)自动控制系统根据室外温度随季节的变化自动调整锅炉出口水温度的给定值。既做到了实时调整,又避免了人为修改给定值系统带来的较大扰动,同时节约了能源。
According to the individual metered heating and autocontrol system of heat source, this paper presents a variable heating mode ——making circulation pump mn variably under constant pressure in order to heat in need. DCS can adjust automatically the supply water temperature in terms of the outdoor temperature changing with season, based on the curve of local experiences and environmental data. As a result, the mode can realize real time adjustment, avoid big temperature disturbance because of changing man- made fixed value and save energy.
