《广州城市照明系统规划》的目标是:控制不利的、破坏性的照明,促进有利的、建设性的照明,引导形成广州完整的城市夜景照明系统。规划根据城市土地利用和景观规划划分七类控制区,依据光色分布的一般规律进行光色分区,依据灯光环境气氛分布的一般规律划分四个分区,并选择照度、光色、光源与灯具选择、照明方式、灯具布置等为主要控制指标。

The goal of Guangzhou Lighting System Planning is to control the disadvantageous and destructive lighting to promote the advantageous and constructive lighting so as to guide the formation of a complete system of urban lighting in Guangzhou. The plan has divided the city into seven control areas according to the urban land utilization and the landscape plan and performed phototropy division according to the general rules of phototropy distribution. The whole city is divided into four areas according to the general rules of lighting environment, with illumination, phototropy, selection of light sources and lighting fixtures, way of lighting and arrangement of lighting fixtures, etc. as the main control targets.
