经阴道超声对老年及老年前期卵巢肿瘤的诊断

The clinical Ultrasound Diagnosis on Geratic Period and Presenium Ovary Through Vagina

本文报道经手术病理证实的161例老年及老年前期卵巢肿瘤的阴道超声检查结果.其中良性肿瘤108例,B超诊断符合率为97.22%(104/108),恶性肿瘤53例,诊断符合率为94.33%(50/53例).声像图分囊性、囊实性、实性三型.总符合率为95.62%.本组资料表明老年及老年前期卵巢恶性肿瘤比率随年龄增长而上升.从声像图物理性质分析,囊性,囊实性,实性肿块的恶性率逐次增高,恶性率分别为23.05%,25.51%和79.16%.结果表明阴道超声对老年及老年前期卵巢肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断有较高的诊断价值,对大的肿瘤与经腹超声配合,可提高诊断符合率.

161 cases with geratic period and presenium ovary tumor were diagnosed by US through vagina and confirmed by postoperation pathology. The US benign tumor detective rate was 97. 22% (104/108), malignant tumor the detective rate 94. 33% (50/53). The diagnosis rate is 95. 62% . Sono-gram appeared 'cyst sign,cyst-parenchyima and parenchyma. ' The result showed above-mentioned masses malignant rate assent in turn with the growing of age . The featur of sonogram indicated these masses malignant rate increased in order, and they were 23. 05% ,25. 51% 79. 16% separately. We considered that ultrasound diagnosis through vagina for geratic period and presenium iovary tumor has highly significant value and increase diagnosis accuracy rate with abdomen ultrasound checking.
