糖脂益片质量标准的研究

Study of quality control on Tangzhiyi tablets

目的：建立糖脂益片的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别糖脂益片中黄芪、黄连、山楂,采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定糖脂益片中盐酸小檗碱含量。结果：薄层色谱法可检出黄芪、黄连、山楂,盐酸小檗碱在0.00624-0.03120mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9992,平均加样回收率为98.89%。结论：薄层色谱鉴别方法和HPLC法简便,易于操作,重现性好,结果稳定,可有效控制糖脂益片的质量。

Objective： To establish quality control of Tangzhiyi tablets. Methods： astraglionych, coptidis rhizoma, chinese hawthorn were identified by thin layer chromatograph （TLC）. The contents of berberine hydrochloride were determined by high performance liquid chromatograph （HPLC）. Results： Astraglionych, coptidis rhizoma, and Chinese hawthorn could be indentified by TLC, berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 006 24-0. 031 20 mg/ml, r =0. 999 2, The average recovery rate was 98. 89%. Conclusion： The methods are accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Tangzhiyi tablets effectively.
