彩色多普勒血流显像在诊断滋养细胞肿瘤中的应用

Application of Color Doppler Flow Imaging in Diagnosis of Trophobloastic Tumor

本文用彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)及脉冲波多普勒(PD)检测11例恶性滋养细胞肿瘤,与正常妇女、正常早孕妇女及葡萄胎对照,发现恶性滋养细胞肿瘤有丰富多彩的血流和较低的血流阻力。提示CDFI及PD作为一种新的方法对诊断滋养细胞肿瘤有较高的价值。

Color doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and pulsed doppler (PD) were performed in 11 patients with gestational trophoblastic diseases (GTD). 30 normal women and 30 nomal early pregnant women and 18 hydatidiform mole were compared. Result: The myometial lesion in GTD showed multicolored abundant flood flow and lower blood resistance, we suggest that CDFI and PD as new methods is useful in the diagnosis of trophoblastic tumors.
