本文报告98例经手术及病理证实的甲状腺肿块的B超声像图表现,B超诊断符合率为88.78%。文中就误诊原因及鉴别诊断进行了分析和讨论。

This paper reports the ultrasonogram of 98 cases of the thyreocele proved by surgery and pathological examination. The congraent rate of the ulerasonic diagnosis is 88. 78%. We analyse and dis-cass the causes of the erroneous diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of them.
