超声心动图对高血压心脏结构改变与心肌缺血、心律失常、心衰相关性的临床分析

Clinic Analysis of The Intevrelation Between The Utrasound Cardiogram of Hypertensive Cardiac Structure Change and Cardial Ischemia .Arrhythmia Heart Failure

110例离休干部高血压者,根据超声心动图(UCG),心电图(EKG)检查结果,分为有和无左室肥厚(LVH)两组,结果显示,LVH组的缺血性ST-T改变,心律失常,心衰发生与无LVH组比较,有极显著性差别(P<0.01),提示LVH与心肌缺血、心律失常、心衰发生率密切相关,所以要加强对老年人健康体检,一旦检出LVH,不论有否并发心律失常,缺血性ST-T改变,都应予以积极抗LVH的治疗,以改善其预后。

According to the results of ultrasound caidiogram and electrocaidiogram examinations, divided 110 retired caders with hypertension in to two groups -the left ventricular hyertrophy (LVH) and no LVH. The ischemic ST -T change,arrhythmia and the attack of heart failune of the group of LVH had a high remarkable statistically diffeience (P<0. 10). It indicated that LVH were closely related to cardial ischemia arrythmia and to the attack of heart failure. There for. it is important that to strengthen health check among the old men. When find some one had LVH no matter who had or not with arrythmia, ischemc ST-T change should be treated actively,so that to improve the prognosis.
