摘要 坦克炮的精度设计及其优化控制方法越来越受到普遍重视。火炮的射击命中精度包括准度和密集度两个概念。坦克炮的精度设计既要提高准度,又要提高密集度。静止射击条件下的发射不一致性控制是坦克炮精度设计的根本问题。火炮系统发射时的3类动力扰动包括力源性扰动、形源性扰动和位源性扰动。对扰动的抑制是火炮精度设计的另一个重要内容。研究结论是:坦克炮精度优控性设计应努力控制3类扰动因素的产生,约束它的大小;另一方面,通过结构设计,最大限度实现动力平衡,保持身管在发射扰动状态下的稳定性。工程实践检验表明:这种方法取得了较好的效果,证实了它的指导意义及实用价值。 Accuracy design and optimization control methods of tank gun have more and more important meaning. Fire impact accuracy consists of two concepts of precision and density. Accuracy design of tank gun would not only increase precision, but also increase density. Fire irregularity control under the state of static fire was a basic problem of tank gun accuracy control and design. 3 kinds of dynamic disturbance during gun firing include force resource, form resource and location resource disturbances. Disturbance inhibition is another important issue of gun accuracy design. Study results showed that accuracy optimization control and design of tank gun should firstly control 3 kinds of disturbance factor and constraint their value or degree. At other hand, it should keep dynamic balance to the highest degree by means of structural design so as to keep barrel's stability under the state of disturbance. Engineering practice tests showed this method has better effect, good instrumentation meaning and practical value.
