摘要 机械拉削身管膛线时存在的主要质量问题是偏线、膛线起点不均匀和波纹。偏线较多发生在膛内起点部位。膛线起点不均匀产生的主要原因是:镗出的坡膛孔对炮膛轴线偏心、坡膛的椭圆度及刀头套表面与炮膛的间隙过大,使所定的刀具位置在圆周上不齐。振动波纹的出现是因为拉刀头的导向部磨损或调整不当,以及与炮膛的配合间隙过大,因而在膛线底部产生波纹。对火炮射击过程的影响进行了分析。从工艺角度提出了解决这些质量问题的措施。 Main problems of mechanical broaching rifle of barrel were deflection rifle, ripple, non-uniform rifle start and corrugation etc.. Deflection rifle usually happened in start point of bore; main reason of non-uniform rifle start was that forcing cone hole is eccentric relation to bore axis, ellipticity of forcing cone is too large; vibration ripple was because of driving portion abrasion or irregular adjustment, and large matching gap. Effect of rifle quality on gun fire was analyzed, measures to solve quality problems were presented from the point of technical process.
