摘要 针对机载ГОСТ总线,提出了ГОСТ总线设备分布式自动测试及诊断系统的总体结构和实现方案。通过采用单片机上的系统(C8051F320)、CPLD器件(EPM240)和总线接口芯片(HI-8582),设计出ГОСТ总线与RS-485总线间的通用接口电路。ГОСТ标准总线上传输的数据格式采用双极性归零码,数据字由32位组成。总线接收器可接收电压范围为:高电平+6^+13V;零电平+0.5^-0.5V;低电平-6^-13V。开发了可靠的主从式通信协议,实现了机载ГОСТ总线设备的分布式在线检测。使用结果表明:整个系统设计合理,分布式测试系统通信可靠性高,操作维护方便。 Aimed at airborne FOCT bus, overall architecture and realization option of a distributed automatic test and diagnosis system of FOCT bus equipment was presented. By use of system on chip (C8051F320), CPLD (EPM240) and bus interface chip (HI- 8582), a kind of universal interface circuit between FOCT bus and RS - 485 bus was designed. On the basis of this, data transmission format of standard FOCT bus made use of bipolar zero code, its data consisted of 32 - bit. Bus receiver can receive voltage in the range of high electrical level +6-+13V, zero electrical level +0. 5- -0. 5V, low electrical level -6- -13V. Reliable master-slave agreement is developed, and distributed on-line test of airborne FOCT bus equipment was realized. Usage result showed that overall system design is reasonable, communication reliability of distributed test system is high, and operation and maintenance are easy and convenient.
