这个项目伴随着一个强烈的城市设计抱负而来。它以早先设计的尚贝里大门为原型，并将其放大到整个项目的规模。从而使之具备了城市的形态，并确立了城镇中心区。
This project is bred with a very strong urban ambition. It follows the morphotype developed for the Gate of Chambery le Haut earlier designed and scales it up to the whole project. Thus it becomes an urban shape yet founding the very true Downtown area.
