亚麻油质量标准的建立

Istablish the quality standard of linseed

目的:建立亚麻油的质量标准。方法:采用药典方法对亚麻油的酸值、碘值、皂化值、比重、折光率、含量进行测定。结果:亚麻油中α-亚麻酸含量为54.13%;酸值为0.50;碘值为174.87;皂化值为196.05;比重范围为0.9173～0.9370;折光率(f)范围为1.4792～1.4798。结论:本法简便,可作为亚麻油的质量控制方法之一。

Objective： To istablish the quality standard of linseed oil. Methods： By using the the methods in Pharmacopoeia to determine the acid number, iodine number, saponification value, specific gravity, refractive index and content. Results： The content of α-linolenic acid in linseed oil is 54.13% ; the acid number is 0. 50; the iodine value is 174.87;the saponification value is 196.05;the range of specific gravity is 0. 917 3 ～0.937 0; the range of refractive index is 1. 479 2～1. 479 8. Conclusions： The methods is simple and which is one of the methods to control the quality standard of linseed oil.
