HPLC指纹图谱法评价新疆塔城地区额敏县优质红花内在质量

Study on the HPLC fingerprint of high quality Carthamus tinctrius L.in Emin Tacheng prefecture in Xinjing

目的:建立额敏县优质红花的HPLC指纹图谱,以提供鉴别和质量评价方法。方法:采用梯度洗脱法建立额敏县优质红花的HPLC指纹图谱,并采用“中药色谱分析和数据管理系统”专业软件进行数据处理,对额敏县两种优质红花药材的指纹图谱进行分析比较。结果:两种优质红花虽产自同一地区,虽各批次间具有良好的相似度,但两品种色谱峰相似度存在明显差别。结论:建立额敏县红花的指纹图谱可以从整体上反映当地红花的内在质量,为当地红花提供了综合的鉴别和质量评价方法。

Objective： To establish chromatographic fingerprint of Carthamus tinctorius L. in Emin, Tacheng and analyze it. Methods. The gradient elution mode was applied in establishing HPLC fingerprint of Carthamus tinctrius L. in Emin, Tacheng and data was analyzed by ＂system of traditional Chinese medicine analyzing and data managing＂ software. Compared and analyzed the difference fingerprint between two varieties of high quality Carthamus tinctrorius L. in Emin Tacheng. Results： There were evident differences between them in despite of same growing environment. Conclusion： The fingerprint of Emin safflowers reflect the intrinsic quality completely and provide comprehensive methods of identification and quality evaluating for local safflower. It is necessary for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
