摘要
研究了原料铁粉、基体骨架密度、熔渗温度和熔渗时间等因素对于渗铜烧结钢力学性能和组织结构的影响。实验表明,上述诸因素对合金的组织和性能具有显著影响。利用该工艺可以制造出密度为7.4~7.9g/cm^3,强度与45号钢和20Cr钢相当或更高的粉未冶金结构零件。
The present paper has studied the effects of raw material iron powder, density of matrix skeleton, the temperature and duration of infiltration and other factors on the mechanical properties and structure of copper-infiltrated sintered steel. Experiment has shown the obvious influences of the factors mentioned above on the structure and properties of alloy. P/M parts with a density of 7.4-7.9g/cm^3 and the strength being comparable to or higher than that of 45~# steel and 20C rsteel can be manufactured by the infiltration of copper into sintered steel under the condition of conventional equipment.
