摘要
综述了固体超强酸、无机盐、铌酸及固载杂多酸、钛酸四丁酯、对甲苯磺酸等催化剂催化合成邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DIOP)的方法.通过比较发现硫酸氢钠具有催化效果好、用量少、反应时间短、酯化率高和环境污染小等优点.
The catalytic synthesis of dioctyl phthalate with solid superacid, inorganic salt, niobic acid and supported heteropolyacid, tetrabutyl titanate, p-toluene sulfonic catalyst etc were reviewed. Through comparison, the sodium hydrogen sulfatei showed good catalytic capability. It had following advantages: the amount of the catalyzer is smaller, reaction time is shorter, the yield of ester is higher and no harm to the environment.
