摘要
从区域可持续发展的角度分析了区域系统的要素组成、结构与功能.提出区域可持续发展是区域系统不断协调、组织与完善的过程,并就可持续发展系统的基本理论做了初步探讨.最后构建了河南可持续发展的四个子系统,以及推进河南省区域可持续发展的行动框架.
This paper analyses structure, key element and function of regional system from sustainable development. The author considers that regional sustainable development is process of harmony, organization and improvement. The basic theory of the sustainable development system is dicussed and the four subsystems of Henan province sustainable development system are built. Finally, the action plan of promotion Henan rigional sustainable development is formed.
