纳米晶粒磷酸锌锂固相反应合成的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以聚乙二醇-400(PEG-400)为模板,用硫酸锌和磷酸二氢铵为原料经低热固相反应合成得到磷酸锌铵[NH4Zn2(PO4)(HPO4)],再以磷酸锌铵和氢氧化锂为反应体系进行了固相反应合成研究,并进行了红外光谱、X射线衍射及热分析研究,结果证明,反应体系在700℃保温2 h后进行固相合成反应,可获得比较纯的纳米晶粒磷酸锌锂,合成工艺简便,为企业生产提供了一种新的途径。 At first, use PEG - 400 as template and ZnSO· 7H2O and ( NH4 ) H2PO4 as raw materials to synthesize NH4Zn2 ( PO4 ) ( HPO4 ) by low - heat and solid state reaction. Then use NH4Zn2 ( PO4 ) ( HPO4 ) to react with lithium hydroxide to produce lithium zinc phosphate. Studies were made on this reaction system and the experimental results of infrared spectrum,X - ray diffraction and thermoanalysis indicated that pure nano - sized crystals of lithium zinc phosphate can be gained by solid state synthesis reaction after preserving the reaction system's temperature at 700 ℃for 2 h. The synthesis technology brings a new way for the enterprises for its simple and easy process.
