摘要
目的探讨精索静脉曲张不育患者精浆中酸性磷酸酶、果糖、锌和α-糖苷酶水平的变化。方法分别检测120例精索静脉曲张不育患者、180例非精索静脉曲张不育患者和36例正常男性的精浆中酸性磷酸酶、果糖、锌和α-糖苷酶含量。结果精索静脉曲张不育组和非精索静脉曲张不育组精浆中酸性磷酸酶含量均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),但精索静脉曲张不育组和非精索静脉曲张不育组之间的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);各组精浆果糖活性无显著性差异(P>0.05);精浆中锌和α-糖苷酶含量随精索静脉曲张程度的增加而降低,且明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),但与非精索静脉曲张不育组之间的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论精索静脉曲张可通过某些因素引起精浆中酸性磷酸酶、锌和α-糖苷酶含量降低,从而造成男性不育。
Objective To investigate the change of acid phosphatase, fructose, zinc and alpha-glucosidase in seminal plasma of patients with varicocele. Methods The seminal plasma samples from 120 infertile men with varicocele, 180 infertile patients without varicocele and 36 fertile men were measured for acid phosphatase, fructose, zinc and alphaglucosidase. Result The concentration of acid phosphatase in seminal plasma from men with normal fertility was significantly higher than that from infertile men with varicocele or without varicocele (P〈0.001), but the difference between varicocele group and other infertile group was not significant (P〉0.05). Difference of seminal plasma fructose levels in these five groups was not significant (P〉0.05). The zinc and alpha-glucosidase level in seminal plasma decreased with the aggravation of varicocele, the difference between infertile groups and fertile group was significant (P〈0.05), but the difference between varicocele group and another infertile group was not significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion Varicocele can result in infertility by decreasing the concentrations of acid phosphatase, zinc and alpha-glucosidase in seminal plasma.
