摘要
选取12名南京工业大学田径队经过系统训练的中长跑运动员,参加大强度有氧训练的实验,并对他们进行相关运动能力指标和生理生化指标的检测。研究表明:大强度有氧训练,对无氧能力和有氧能力具有良好的促进作用,对机体有一定程度的破坏性生物学刺激。建议在制定大强度有氧训练计划时,应合理采取提高快速能力的训练手段,同时注重训练全过程中的运动营养补给。
Twelve endurance athletes who were trained systematically in athletic team in Nanjing University of Technology were chosen to take part in the aerobic training experiment with maximal intensity. Meanwhile, their relational indexes of athletic ability and physiology were examined. The result showed that aerobic trainings with maximal intensity stimulated both aerobic capacity and anaerobic capacity. However, it gives the organism some devastating biology stimulations at certain degree. It suggests that the training method of quick improving the physical ability should be rationally used when setting maximal intensive aerobic training. At the same time, nutrition supplement should be paid attention to.
