篮球比赛中数量与质量及其关系的界定

Definition on Relation between Quantity and Quality of Basketball Competition

在篮球比赛中,一次投篮的出现不是一次进攻的结束,一场比赛双方投篮次数不一定相等,但攻防次数基本相等。每一次进攻得分和每一次防守的失分并不相等,所以攻防质量不仅包括攻防成功率,还包括得失分的多少。提高质量不一定就会减少数量。为了获得好的投篮机会,在对手还没有形成阵地防守前就发动快攻不仅使进攻成功率提高,增加得分,而且使攻防次数也增加了;攻击性的整体防守可能使对手失误而缩短防守时间,减少失分,从而使比赛攻防次数增加了。这都说明了提高质量的同时不但没有减少数量反而增加了数量,所以数量与质量不是一时简单的矛盾关系。

In the basketball competition, one time shoots doesn＇t mean the end of one time attack. The number of times for shoot both sides are not necessarily equally, but the times of attack and defense are equal same. Each attack scores points with each defense loses points is not equal, therefore attack and defense quality including attack and defense success ratio, and how many points losing. Improving the quality is not necessarily to be able to reduce quantity. In order to obtain the good shooting opportunity, it is better to start quick attack and increase score points before the opponent forming the position defense. The aggressive whole defense possibly causes the match fault to reduce the defensive time, reduce loses points, make the attack and defense times increasing. All of this shows that improving the quality can not reduce quantity, instead to increase the quantity. Therefore, quantity and the quality is not pair of simple contradictory relations.
