摘要
本实验随机抽取20名健身房男性新会员为实验对象,对他们进行三个月的健美训练。通过对训练前后肌肉围度和肌肉绝对力量等指标的比较,结果表明:采用全程动作练习方法的实验组,其肌肉围度和肌肉力量改善的效果好于实验前和对照组。
Twenty male members at gymnasium were randomly selected as research subjects. All of them went through three month's bodybuilding training. Through making comparison with muscle circumference and absolute strength before and after their training, the result shows that members from experiment group who take fiall range of motion, the improvement of their muscle circumference and strength is better than that of members from control group.
